Return policy

You have the right to return a physical product purchased via allanjozy.com within 14 days after the date of receipt.

Before returning the product, we kindly ask you to send an email to sales@masquenada.be with the following information:

your order number (preferably in the subject line of your email)
a message stating that you wish to return a purchased product
the name of the product
the date the product was delivered to the specified delivery address
your name

The time your email is received by Mas Que Nada determines whether your return request falls within the 14-day return period. If Mas Que Nada confirms that your request was submitted within this period, you have the right to return the product. If your request is received after the 14-day period, Mas Que Nada reserves the right to refuse the return and any associated refund.

Procedure and other provisions
The product must be returned in full, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You must take all necessary precautions to ensure the product is not damaged during transport; we recommend returning the product in the original shipping box, using protective packaging materials.

Return shipping costs are always at your expense, unless Mas Que Nada has exceptionally sent you the wrong product.

The purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) will be refunded once Mas Que Nada has received the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you and Mas Que Nada have agreed otherwise.

If the returned product is received in a condition (e.g., used, stained, damaged, incomplete, etc.) that makes resale at the original price impossible, Mas Que Nada reserves the right to deduct the difference between the original purchase price and the remaining resale value from the refund amount.

You lose the right to return sealed products if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Digital Producst Policy

All digital products (music downloads and sheet music) purchased through our webstore are delivered electronically via download link.
Once a file has been downloaded, the purchase is final. No refunds or exchanges are possible.
Files are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
If you experience any technical issues with your download (e.g. broken link or corrupted file), please contact us at sales@masquenada.be and we will provide a replacement.
