Patron Club - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Patron Club! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Patron Club membership area on www.allanjozy.com. By becoming a Patron Club member, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview
Patron Club is a paid membership area on www.allanjozy.com that provides exclusive access to released music downloads, unreleased music and videos, concert ticket coupons, a private blog, etc. Membership is offered on a yearly basis.

2. Membership Benefits
As a Patron Club member, you will have access to the following benefits:

  • Released music and sheet music (Gold members only): Download Allan Jozy's complete music and sheet music catalogue

  • Unreleased Music & Videos: Exclusive access to unreleased content, including music tracks and videos.

  • Concert Ticket Coupons: Coupons or discounts for concert tickets to selected performances (live or streaming) by Allan Jozy.  Gold members get free access to all streaming concerts.

  • Private Blog: Access to a private blog with behind-the-scenes content, insights, and more.

3. Membership Fees and Payment

  • The Patron Club membership fee is charged annually. The fee amount will be displayed at the time of subscription.

  • Payment must be made in full at the start of each membership period.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the annual membership fee.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

  • Your Patron Club membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership period, unless canceled at least 14 days prior to the renewal date.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings on www.allanjozy.com or contacting us at membership@allanjozy.com.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Patron Club until the end of your current membership period. No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods.

5. Access and Use

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or content from the Patron Club with non-members is strictly prohibited.

  • Access to the Patron Club is provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features, benefits, or content without prior notice.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content provided in the Patron Club, including but not limited to music, videos, and written content, is the exclusive property of Allan Jozy. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the content for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or public display of any content from the Patron Club is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership and legal action.

7. Concert Ticket Coupons

  • Concert ticket coupons or discounts are subject to availability and specific terms, which will be communicated to members at the time of offer.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless stated otherwise.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Patron Club area on the website. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
